- Evaluate current ABA service delivery practices using a structured 29-item quality assessment framework spanning daily sessions, treatment fidelity, data analysis, caregiver guidance, and supervision domains.
- Establish accountability measures for clinical outcomes that counteract the dilution effects of rapid growth, including goal mastery benchmarks, caregiver satisfaction metrics, and data review standards that ensure ethical service delivery.
- Develop standardized procedures for ensuring treatment integrity across all service components, including creation of structured supervision plans, staff training protocols using Behavior Skills Training (BST), and systematic data review processes that promote accountability and clinical excellence.
